Kalan Restaurant and Catering Services opens at 7 am for silog breakfast plates, lunch combos, cafeteria-style home cooking and catering. Kalan At Night takes over from 5 pm, Tuesday to Sunday, with sharing plates for the table, Filipino grill and a shawarma line. Kalan Restaurant and Catering Services runs the daytime service and Kalan At Night runs the evening service, each with its own menu, its own hours and its own online ordering page.
Kalan Restaurant and Catering Services serves 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday to Thursday and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. Kalan At Night serves 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Tuesday to Thursday and 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM Friday to Sunday, and is closed on Mondays. Between them the door on Arlington Street is open from 7:00 AM every day and into the evening Tuesday to Sunday, with a changeover from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
