About Our Longsilog
The name says the plate: longganisa, sinangag (garlic rice) and itlog (egg). The sausage is sweet and heavily garlicked, browned in its own fat until the sugars catch. The rice is fried in that same pan, so it picks up everything the sausage left behind. The egg ties it together.
